We need an experienced hand, to help us get the best, brightest and most capable team on board.   Job Description :   This role is by far the most important role we will recruit for. Spuul's success will depend on the quality of the talent it hires - and that depends on you. The main and immediate focus in this role will be talent acquisition alongside other HR responsibilities. Recruitment responsibilities will extend to all 3 offices - Mumbai, Singapore & Philippines and to all functions within the organization.   As Spuul grows, the scope of the role will expand accordingly. The candidate would have the opportunity to build his/her own team.   Requirements :   - 5+ years experience in talent acquisition, across multiple functions  - Keen understanding of the recruitment space in India and ability to quickly understand the requirements in other countries  - Ability to quickly translate requirements into a pipeline of potential candidates across territories  - Keen understanding of employment contracts - ability to advise & negotiate with potential candidates   - Ability to formulate HR policies and manage overall staff welfare  General Qualifications Desired at Spuul :   - General industry experience   - Excellent communication skills  - Ability to work unsupervised   - Desire to have fun while working hard to dent the universe   - Leadership ability to build your own team
