Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. - You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management. - Developing new clients - Obtaining new business leads and converting into accounts - Managing client relations. - Exploring new business ventures, plans and detailed scope of work with them. - Managing client communication and timelines. - Preparing dossiers, media impact and monthly reports of respective clients. - Business expansion and marketing strategy for India to rapid penetration of Sharp products. - Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, industry-specific direct advertisers and relevant agency contacts. - Understand the roles of and manage a team consisting of Industry Managers, Account Managers and Analytical Leads - providing team and individual development, guidance, feedback and motivation. - Develop a deep understanding of the business needs of advertisers and provide insights into relevant consumer behavior. Desired Skills and Experience: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent - Minimum 1-2 year's experience in media agency - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in Ms Office, Ms Excel &amp; Power Point
