Position Summary :
- You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, VP Marketing, and Chief Commercial Officer to build products and bundles on top of bandwidth. You must have good knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and awareness of Cloud based ISV to be successful in this role.
- You will drive alliances with adjacent technologies and services to augment product and service portfolio for both B2B and B2C business.
- You will own the P&L of new products and solutions, and you will drive customer wallet share, revenue market share, customer market share, profitability, ARPU, and product-mix.
- You are expected to create strong focused solutions across industry segments (Media & Entertainment, Medicare, Hospitality, BFSI, etc) and consumer segments.
- To be successful in this role you will require focus on details, program management skills, thorough understanding of product management principles, understanding of technology, influencing skills, and Cross group collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and drive B2B and B2C product strategy
- Lead new product and service development for industries and customer segments. These products must be based on Cloud Technologies. You must have good knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and awareness of Cloud based ISV to be successful in this role.
- Review existing products and drive new feature development
- Building the Go-To Market strategy for new products & services
- Review and propose the Go-To Market for existing products for greater customer market share and revenue market share
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers
- Guide the sales team to drive customer market share and revenue market share
- Drive product profitability
- Establish healthy competitive intelligence
- Responsible to deliver the product and marketing led inputs and analysis to achieve the gross adds and revenue targets from existing products and markets as per the Annual Operating Plan
- Responsible to enhance the margins and driving superior product mix from existing products
- Increase in ARPU with Customer Service
- Creating new product (solution/service) in collaboration with Network Planning, IT, O&M, Customer Service, Network Operations, and Marketing Communications, Business Excellence.
- Provide product support to sales, inside sales, and contact center
- Analyze market and develop competitive insight to build strong positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Level of Education :
- MBA from a reputed college/university. Engineering degree is an added advantage
Experience & Knowledge :
- Good understanding Cloud Services and Cloud based solutions and applications used in enterprises
- Between 8 to 10 years of work experience in product management in technology, media, or telecom industry
- At least 2 years of relevant experience managing product and driving alliances
