Position Summary :
Spectranet is looking for a driven and experimental B2B cluster manager responsible for customer acquisition and market share in specific commercial clusters. The Job involves handling direct B2B (SMB) sales, building permissions, localized marketing activities leading to customer & revenue market share in the assigned Geography. The Cluster manager will establish sales supremacy in the cluster through acquiring 40% market share. The position would be front ending the Sales Strategy of the Organisation and will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of assigned targets. Negotiating and securing permissions for sales in the identified buildings and ensuring visibility of Spectranet for awareness & pull in the assigned geography/buildings with help of central marketing team and marketing vendors.
KEY RESULT AREAS / KEY DELIVERABLES :
Details of B2B Sales tasks - for SMB and Broadband Products
- Map the potential customer and create new opportunities in the given Cluster Universe
- Delivery of assigned target numbers
- Relationship with key influencers- and customers in the cluster
- Details of B2B Market share tasks
- Maintain prospect database of the Cluster Universe
- Work to achieve 40% market share in the assigned cluster
- Execute sales promotion programs to win new customers
. Details of B2B Localized Marketing tasks :
- Identify key visibility actions for marketing in the cluster and building.
- Coordinate with Internal Marketing / trade agency for execution of such activities
- Track Competition in the cluster and update the stakeholders in order to maintain the edge
Details of B2B Permission tasks :
- Liaison with the Real Estate Managers of the buildings in order to secure necessary permission for laying In building Infrastructure
- Coordinate with backend team for execution of agreement
- Develop relationships to access new and existing opportunities in the Buildings
Details of B2B Rollout coordination tasks :
- Coordinate with Internal Project teams for priority roll out area in the cluster
- Align sales & marketing actions in-line with the roll out
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Level of Education
- Graduate/MBA
Experience :
- 6-8 Years of experience in B2B direct sales or territory management or account Management with reputed Internet / telecom / SI organizations.
