- Full - Ensuring timely registration of charge on assets.
- Full - Effective management of Commercial Financial portfolio.
- Shared - Interacting with dealerships on credit limit revisions, monitoring, training on adherence to credit limits, document pendency, choked credit lines etc.
- Shared - Receivable analysis and preventive steps to minimize the over dues.
- Full - Involvement in development and enhancement of Commercial Finance System.
- Shared - Ensuring compliance to all laid down process and guidelines (Internal/Statutory) including Risk Guidelines.
- Full - Harmonisation and optimization of processes related to Commercial Finance department.
- Shared - Managing Regular Stock Audits at the dealerships.
- Shared - Managing and reviewing the month end processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Full - Managing and Supervision of deliverables of Commercial Finance department.
- Full - Provide decision support to the business through value added MIS and Reporting.
- Shared - Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.
- Shared - Enable smooth functioning within teams and across different business operations.
- Full - Purpose and subject of interaction with internal / external customers and key contacts - Interact with dealerships for management of their portfolio.
- Shared - Interact with Sales Team (SF & NSC) for any portfolio related matter.
- Full - Interact with Finance Team (SF & NSC) for providing projections, managing dealer receivables, handling audit queries.
- Full - Interact with Risk and Controlling to provide regular portfolio updates, facilitation in dealer appraisals and renewals.
- Full - Interact with Compliance for obtaining necessary approvals on deviations with precedence.
- Full - Assist the team in various regular activities i.e. month-end activity, assistance in legal document preparation.
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills:

- B. Com / MBA Finance

- 5 years (prior experience with automobile /captive operations preferred).
