Looking for Talent Acquisition specialist for a start up / E commerce, into providing long stay accommodations, based in Bangalore.
Manage complete recruitment life cycle :
- Determine the staffing needs of the organisation and produce forecasts - understanding the right fitment for the role
- Build a well researched JD so as to attract the right talent
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (Job posting, conducting interviews, screening calls, scheduling next rounds, conducting background verification etc)
- Constant review and analysis of the hiring plan and the candidates
- Negotiating compensation, Rolling out offers, On boarding, MIS reporting and Updating Applicant tracking System
- Develop long term channels of sourcing through Internal Database, Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc
- Develop relevant hiring plans and strategies for the next cycle/next financial year
Key Requirements :
- Prior Experience (3-5 years) in full cycle recruitment is a must
- Excellent communication skills because you are going to be representing the organization to the world outside
- MS Office Skills to generate analyses and reports comfortably
- Proficient in the use of social media, job boards and ATS and databases
