PMS & C & B Specialist for a manufacturing set up based in Gurgaon with 8+ years of hands on experience in C & B, Compensation Bench marking, end to end PMS, Performance Management, Goal Setting, Incentive Planning, Increments Framework, High Performance Ratings, R & R frameworks, Assessment Modifications, 360 degree feed backs, Design & Implementation of PMS
- This person will report to Head HR
- The person has to be conceptually strong in areas of PMS and C&B and have strong analytical and influencing skills.
- The ideal person should be from a Manufacturing industry.
