Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist for A leading Telecommunication Company
Role :
- Lead the Learning/OD function at strategic leadership level, should have operated at high level of influence
- Strong exposure to OD, top team effectiveness, coaching, leadership transformation
- HR Policies
- Integrate with global L&D function, experience in Human Capital consulting will be good
- Implement leadership programs
- Conduct and facilitate leadership trainings
- Map capabilities of individuals in COE, Sales Planning and Sales Management and develop individual development framework
- Learning effectiveness
- Integrate processes and lead new initiatives in strategic workforce planning, forecasting, performance management and succession planning.
- Person should have had 6-8 years experience in HR & OD leadership function. Must have a natural bent of mind to develop capability, systemic thinking, succession planning and executive coaching.
