The role is of a Compensation & Benefits specialist handling the KRA's as mentioned below and reporting into VP - HR.
Requirements :
- Master's Degree, with specialization in Human Resources, from a Premier Institution (TISS / XLRI etc.) ONLY
- Responsible for Compensation and Benefit Strategy for the Commercial and Operations organizations
- Restructuring of the Compensation for the Management Group of employees to bring in consistency with the Global Compensation philosophy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and training skills
