To build on this, we need YOU. As our new Head of Procurement, you will be leading the procurement function for workplace design+build projects across Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading the procurement function for workplace design+build projects across Asia.

- Be responsible for the company's procurement strategy to achieve project profitability and business performance goals.

- As a hands-on leader, be pivotal in developing policies, procedures and systems of control relating to procurement.

- Be responsible for developing value engineering strategies and maintaining adequate sources of suppliers/vendors in accordance with the company's requirements.

- To be involved in negotiations, selection of vendors and contractual decision-making.

- To be a trusted advisor, offering support, guidance and training to the workplace project leaders for procurement related decisions across Asia.

CRITERIA:

- The ideal candidate should be a senior procurement professional in the building design and construction or commercial real estate industry with experience in large scale corporate interior fit-out projects.

- Minimum 10 years of work experience, including a leadership position in a procurement role within multinational companies in India/Asia

- This position requires strategic thinking, process orientation, excellent negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and real business acumen.

- Ability to be tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives in a digital organisation.

- A professional who adheres to the values of Teamwork & Integrity

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialisation in Business Administration/Engineering/Supply chain management or related field of study.

- Experience & knowledge with business process management software as SAP is a bonus.
