SENIOR MANAGER (MRO) – SOURCING AND CONTRACTING

Yrs of Experience: 8 – 10 Yrs

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

- Conduct Spend Data cleanup and UNSPSC classification

- Prioritize and build business case for projects for Sourcing

- Identify the suppliers using various search engines

- Develop RFx document and co-ordinate with suppliers for completion

- Developing comparatives in RFQ / RFP documents

- Negotiate Prices Manually or through e-Auctions

- Build and negotiate contract terms with suppliers

- Coordination with various stakeholders to get approvals for the contracts

- Communicate across multiple stakeholders, especially category managers

- Supplier Performance evaluation and management

- Resolve and coordinate any operational day to day issues with the suppliers

Work experience background required (describe work exp of suitable candidates):

- Must be conversant with IP & Business Support categories and contract negotiations

- Resources from O&G industry (preferably Exploration) / Manufacturing and familiar with Direct and MRO Sourcing

- Understanding of Classification and codification of Materials and Services

- Experience in developing RFx documents and Contracts for materials and Services

- Good communication skills (written & Oral)

- Prior experience of working with suppliers and stakeholders

- High Analytical / reasoning skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- ERP exposure

- Exploration & Production experience

- E-Sourcing experience

- Exposure to SAP/Oracle

- Experience in dealing with UK based suppliers
