Role :   - To ensure seamless HR operations and employee relations with ultimate aim of creating a wow factor for all internal customers during their every interaction with HR. Leverage technology to simplify the workflows and with focus on automation.   Responsibilities :   - Onboarding   - Orientation and Induction of new joiners  - Prepare payroll inputs for all employees including promotions, increments, Contracts, bonus and variables.   - Managing exits and retention  - Send payout, relieving letter and calculation sheet to employees   - Manage employee benefits and employee engagement.  - Assisting the business in managing policies and procedures and bringing it to execution  - Take control of entire performance appraisal cycle  - Monitor and control HR budget  - Execution of all letter flows-Offers, increments, NDA's, contracts etc..   - Ownership of HR Help desk to ensure all issues raised are resolved and ticket is closed   - Monitor and conduct internal and external HR audits  - Statutory management  - Publishing all kinds of reports, PPT's and MIS to business  Requirements :   - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in an IT firm  - Very strong written & communication skills   - Extremely detail oriented   - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point  - Candidate involved in direct interactions with business head/delivery head would be a plus  - Must be from Bangalore   - Notice period-Immediate or 15 days
