Position Overview:  - As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the customer's business problem and provide solutions for the same by means of extending/customizing the product. Any feature that is currently not part of our standard product and is required by specific customer will be solved by means of a solution which, though outside our product, will co-exist with the product and solve business problems. We have done several such customizations/extensions in the past for customers across various domains and as we continue to grow we see more challenging business problems to be solved.  Replicon's customization team is enthusiastic and results driven. The more you prove your ability to deliver real solutions to problems with a positive attitude, the more flexibility and freedom you will have to provide solutions the way you want. Being able to write long resumes does not impress us; being able to provide quality solutions does (it's a lot harder).  - Flexible to work during North American hours is a must   Key Responsibilities:  - Get on calls with customers to understand their business problems and challenges they face  - Come up with feasible and best solutions to their problems using the current services of our product  - Be able to interact with technical as well as business representatives from customer end while understanding their requirements  - Develop a strong understanding of our product features and our services which are meant for developers to build solutions which interact with our product   - Coordinate with several teams to gather inputs for solution  - Provide Estimates on the effort involved in building the solution  - Provide mockups to users to help them visualize the solution  - Review requirements documentation and ask relevant questions to get a deeper understanding of business problem for coming up with the solution  - Write Statement of work  - Interact with the development and testing team to help them build and test the proposed solution  Qualifications:  - Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field  - 3+ years of software development experience (C#)   - 2+ years of experience with web development (ASP.NET)  - 6+ years of experience in IT industry building applications of various types  - Worked on design (High level/Detailed Level)   - Lead projects following Agile methodologies is a plus  - Experience in SaaS model is a plus  - Onsite experience is a plus  - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is a must  Competency Requirements:  - See the inherent challenges in all things; if a task is complicated, you simplify it; if it is simple, you excel at it; if it is mundane, you automate it  - Be a problem solver; be given any problem and will come back with solutions, or at least alternatives  - Be a perfectionist; you are not satisfied until your solution is best  - Be pragmatic; you implement the best solution for the problem, not the coolest solution, and can tell the difference  - See the big picture; we deliver solutions to solve real business problems  - Provide accurate estimates such that there is no schedule deviation and quality isn't compromised
