Solution Manager - BFSI - IIM

Job Description:

- Relationship Management with SME clients.

- Provide financial assistance to SME customers

- Sourcing new customers through existing customer relationship.

- Products in portfolio include, Cash Credit, WCDL (INR/Foreign currency), External Commercial Borrowing, Project Finance, Buyers Credit, Letter of credit and Bank Guarantee etc.

- Primary appraising the proposal.

- Analysis of Balance Sheets, CIBIL report, Risks and other dedupe processes.

- Facilitating Credit Appraisal with credit team and Risk analysis with Policy & Risk Team.

- Providing solutions to the customer from sourcing to disbursement.

- Performance tracking of the customers in portfolio.

- Customer Relationship Management and Retention Planning.

- Analysis of the past and projected financials of the company.

- Co-ordination with the other team (i.e. risk, compliance, treasury, NPA team etc.) for the sanction of the proposed project finance.

- Coordinating with the client for the execution of the documents for availment of the loan.

- Coordinating with the other team members in the bank for disbursement of the project finance.

- Compliance with the banking norms and post disbursement norms.

- Preparation of MIS reports.

Candidates who are having 1-4 years of work ex should be from tier A Institutes like IIM'S
