Currently we are hiring a senior leader in the area Solution architect- OSS for our Tier 1 IT client. Below is the JD for the same.

Job description-

More than 13 years of relevant domain experience in Architecture/ design role for OSS solutions on Service Fulfilment & Service Assurance Domain

- Should have good exposure in supporting sales with deal qualification, initial scoping of incoming opportunities, and Bid management for RFP/RFIs which includes RFP/RFI analysis and proposal response.

- Should have exposure in Solution designing & architecting service fulfilment/ Service Assurance solution for clients matching with the client requirements and proposing optimal solution to the client.

- Should have exposure as a primary technical interface to the customer during the presales phase.

- Proven experiences in E2E OSS Software Application Integration towards Service Fulfilment(Order Fulfilment/Provisioning, Inventory management) & Service Assurance(Customer Experience Management, Trouble ticket management, Performance/SLA management etc) domain

- Should have Exposure in translating service provider’s requirements into system, application, and process designs.

- Should have experience in any more than 2 market leading COTS (Oracle Product suite (Ex : OSM/ASAP/UIM), Compel Product suite, Amdocs Fulfilment product suite, IBM Product suite(Netcool Omnibus, BMC Remedy, HP TeMIP Netracker , completel etc , ) product implementation.

- Strong understanding of telecom processes - Lead to Cash (Fulfilment) and Trouble to Resolve (Assurance) process Sound understanding of Next Generation Networks (NGN. Strong process knowledge across various services and products in telecom domain.
