Solution Architect - Mobilty

Job Description:

- Ability to set the architectural dimensions & direction for mobile products

- Should be able to conceptualize, define and build mobile technology architecture and infrastructure, provide technical support and guide development teams

- Be aware of and work with all new technologies in mobile related spaces.

- Define mobile application development standards and guides for development of web and/or hybrid enterprise solution on heterogeneous mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows)

- Self-motivated, pro-active, initiative to learn and show high levels of creativity and innovation to evangelize new ideas.

- Should possess excellent problem solving capability and ability to approach problems in a thoughtful and practical manner.

- Assists with design of architectural patterns, design of interfaces, design of Web services

- Demonstrates traceability between design & requirements

- Modelling - business process, logical & physical (data)

- Prepare architectural & design docs and presentations

- Participate in designing frameworks.

- Review technical artefacts-

- Identify technical risks and mitigate them

- Ensures performance considerations are part of design and implementation.

Required Skills

- Candidate should have worked on Products on the below stated technologies.

- Hands on Experience in architecting/developing mobile solutions (native/web) in leading mobile platforms especially iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows

- Experienced in integrating mobile apps with web-services and external APIs

- Experience is a must in vast number of mobility platforms, especially from Enterprise architecture integrations design and implementation perspectives

- Ability to define, analyse and document Enterprise Mobility Architecture

- Good understanding of Industry standard design patterns such as MVC etc. and good knowledge on SOA, REST/JSON and SOAP/XML

- Experience in developing reusable artefact- s/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Looking for a self-driven, passionate individual to build and grow the mobility practice

- Candidate must be familiar / followed Agile process in one or more Product development.
