Experience Profile:

Specific Requirements:

- Prior solution architecting experience is mandatory

- Prior delivery experience essential

- Strong oral and written communication skills essential

- Exhibit strong ability to manage various stakeholders and influence with the solution construct and decisions

- Need to work hands on and as an Individual contributor

- Willing to work long and odd hours as the work demands

- Willingness to be mobile and meet client travel requirements

Role description:

- Create the solution blueprint and own the estimating sourcing costing and integration across Company's enterprise.

- Assist the Sales Leads in the development of industrialized standardized and repeatable market relevant solutions to their clients.

- Lead the solution; achieves internal approvals and agreed metrics

- Update the system of record with appropriate solution details

- Leverage Company's assets and third party relationships in architecting solutions

- Engage subject matter experts as appropriate to develop customized solutions creating significant value for our clients.
