Job Profile :
The Inside Sales Account Manager or Business Development Representative is the primary point of contact for customers.
- She/he will be responsible for a particular geographical area or list of accounts in the region and carries a sales target. A BDR will always be based in our office.
- The Business Development Representative will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareONE and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner.
Key responsibilities of this function include the following :
- Sales
- Daily customer engagement over the phone
- Execute marketing activities
- Fast & accurate information dissemination to customers
- Lead generation and Closures
- Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups
- Managing customer information
- Work closely with the Business Development Managers
- Helping with the licensing queries and providing adequate information to the customers.
Primary Job Functions :
- Achieve the revenue target for your assigned territory/accounts.
- Become a Licensing Expert and Advisor for the Customer and Certify on the Licensing Certifications.
- Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with SoftwareONE customers in the assigned territory to ensure top-of-the-mind "SoftwareONE" recall and resultant sale of SoftwareONE offerings.
- Position SoftwareONE Portfolio of products and solutions to customers by phone.
- Analyze the install base in the target customer accounts to:
- Maintain good relationship with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal and external resources to fulfill the Regional, team and individual goals.
