Qualification Preferably : B.Tech / B.E. +M.B.A. or B.Tech /B.E./ M.B.A. form reputed institutes.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop and expand relationships with all SI partners, ISVs and OEMs
- On-board, train, enable and motivate all SI partners in the given territory
- Create and review territory plan with management quarterly
- Mapping of Focused SI partners and drive quarterly business reviews with each - Focus- partner
- Drive deal registration, lead closure and revenue growth with all partners
- Generate additional demand through various SI partner through events, webinars,GTM's etc
- Qualify, drive and track closure of ""pipeline"" opportunities with partner
- Coordinate with internal resources as needed to close prospective opportunities .
- Maintain SI partner account information
- Identify and report on competitive trends
- Escalate and resolve SI partner issues when required and appropriate.
Desired Profile :
- At least 5-8 years of channel sales experience, preferably within IT software selling in India.
- Alliance and partnership with Large SI desirable.
- Strong drive towards goals and proven track record of quota achievement.
- Strong experience in consultative sales of IT products and solutions.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to interact at CIO/CEO levels in an organization.
