Job Title: Senior Manager - Human Resources

Reports To: Region Head - Human Resources

Work Location: Sector - V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata

Industrial Relations:

- Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations

- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels

- Interfacing with Statutory Bodies

- Ensuring that the teams are sufficiently staffed according to budgets

Employee Relations/Engagement:

- Managing employee connect activities at the client site

- Design & Implementation of Employee engagement calendar

- Grievance handling

- Rewards & Recognition

- Employee retention

- Managing Client & Customer expectations through efficient HR processes

Statutory Compliance & Payroll:

- Ensure a high level of understanding and compliance with existing and proposed legislation for HR

- Ensure along with the Training personnel that the Training and Development activity is carried out at individual and group level

- Ensure the timely payment of salaries to office and staff at client premises

- Liase with the Government authorities on compliances and labour issues

- Support Business Development Team with preparation of proposals, quotations and mobilisation of new sites using ‘Clients for Life’ principles
