Job Title - Senior business analyst on structured finance perimeter

Responsibilities

Business analysts in Paris have either experience in project management or financing deals management (middle office, closing, back office).

He will be in charge of projects/worksites and has an important role in the coaching of the teams in change management.

Main activities

- Contributing/conducting studies and large-scale operational or technical projects, especially with the purpose of improving the quality of STR service and securing the operations on structured financing : supporting users in upgrade of the management tool, automating and making KPI production more reliable

- Supporting GLFI in the development of its business (in close link with the new product committees) : creation of new entities, deployment of new activities in the entities

- Be the product owner in front of ITEC feature teams :

- Liaise with all stakeholders (sponsor, key users, feature team)

- Define and frame the business opportunity, discuss business drivers, investigate hypothesis and define learning expectations

- Validate hypothesis early on delivered solutions with feedback & metrics

- Update execution strategy accordingly and adjust the direction

- Ensure change management for operational users

Internally, the position is in relationship with Closing and Deal Management teams, GLFI/COO, DFIN & ITEC

It concerns worldwide structured finance activities of GLFI and CORI.

Job skills

- Studies level : Master from university or school

- Expected experience

- Experience in project management and/or Structured Finance operations

- Team manager or expert in CLO or DMT teams

- Risk manager in OPER/FIN or other transversal department

- Experience in ITEC : project manager, business analyst

- Experience in production of 1st or 2nd level control indicators (DFIN, GTPS, other OPER lines)

Skills

- Project management : 2 to 5 years

- The position to be filled requires an important project component. An experience in this domain will be an advantage

- Financing market : mandatory

- Investment banking : 2 to 5 years

- Continuous delivery : 2 to 5 years

- Fluent in English

- Tools : Excel, Powerpoint, Word (important), Loan IQ, Cassiopae, Horus, X-One (desirable)

The candidate should be autonomous, good communicator, with ability to convince/leadership and result-driven,
Having a strong team spirit and being curious and motivated are key for this position.

A good capacity of analysis and synthesis will help him to better understand what is expected and succeed his mission

Education level - Master's Degree

Work experience - 7-10 years
