10 years of operational experience in an IT environment, including 2 to 3 years as a Scrum Master (operational management, agile, agile project management), and hands-on expertise in XP and Agile technical practices + tools for .Net platforms mainly :

- TDD and BDD

- Pair Programming

- Refactoring

- Design Patterns - not mandate (good to have)

- Continuous Integration

- DevOps

Tools :

- BDD: Specflow, Cucumber

- Code Coverage : SonarQube

- Clean Code : Checkstyle, FxCop

- Build / Packaging : Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven, Nexus

- SCM : Git
