What you'll be responsible for :

- You are the one who brings the team together. Building a dream team is no simple feat - you know whom to seek as potential folks, you source them and actively reach out to them to tell them about the mission and you screen out the non believers. In the end you make them an offer, they can't refuse. You are a guardian of our culture and our belief systems.

What we expect of you :

- Experience in tech recruiting (preferably with a Startup)

- Good knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, AngelList

- Great communication skills

- Good network in India is a plus
