Job Description:

- In this role you will develop our social support strategy, vision and roadmap and work with marketing, public relations, design, engineering, and operational teams to launch new support offerings.

- The successful candidate will maintain a complete and thorough understanding of the social media environment and how customer service plays a role. This includes implementing change and developing innovative processes and technologies to service customers on the platform of their choice

- He or she must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication, which will build positive productive relationships with many stakeholders and partners

- Define product roadmaps with your team based on that strategy
