With a view to support their social marketing in India, they are seeking to hire “Manager Social Media” to manage and drive both strategic and day-to-day aspects of their social media for the passenger business.   Job Description  You will be responsible for:  - Establishing and driving the creation of a localized social media presence in India   - Managing, planning and executing the India social media/online editorial calendar to deliver against objectives and KPIs for India’s commercial business targets  - Coordinating with various teams to develop innovative social media and online campaigns and recommendations that support local business goals  - Creating and applying relevant testing and optimization strategies such as A/B/n testing  - Analyzing, testing and improving social referral strategy to deliver on engagement and conversion goals for the Airline’s India site edition  - Developing analytics reports, collating data and presenting analysis to relevant stakeholders   The Successful Applicant  You will be a self driven, result oriented individual with an experience of over 5 years demonstrating a sound knowledge of Social Media and/or Online Marketing as well as leading projects to successful deployment. The individual must possess an advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Pinterest, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
