- Structuring MIS, comprehensive variance analysis reports.  - Ensure Compliance functions for Direct / Indirect Taxes.   - Monthly & yearly closing of Books of Accounts as per Indian GAAP.  - Monitor internal controls and ensure that all the accounting activities adhere to the policies.  - Ensure reconciliation with all logistic partners and Bank Gateways.  - Liaison with Statutory, Tax & Internal Auditor   - Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.  - Manage primary banking relations and monitor cash flow to ensure smooth operations.  - Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.  - Identifying opportunities to reduce the cost of operation.  - Key contributor to annual budget, business strategy and policies.  - Responsible for Implementation of all system & process in Account & Finance.  - Closely working with IT Team on automation of various System & Processes
