Title : AVP - Brand Marketing  Job Location : Mumbai  Job Objective :   To develop and implement market growth strategies that drive increased brand awareness, customer value and traction for the site  Job Summary :   Is responsible to help draw up the strategic road-map for consumer acquisition and implement key interventions to achieve these goals. Will also develop and refine key marketing processes, identify and lead significant marketing innovation projects and manage marketing as a key growth driver for the business.  Long Description :   - Creating and running the integrated brand marketing plan for the company  - Co-creation of the marketing strategy for customer acquisition  - Driving the business forward through both conventional channels such as Print/Television/Newspapers etc. and new-age digital media channels  - Responsible for delivering the company's marketing plans including brand positioning, customer segment selection and penetration plans  - Responsible for marketing communications including digital and conventional branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars and events, marketing collateral materials, TV shows and market research management  - Responsible for the development and implementation of consumer research plans and drive relationships with market research partners  - Run queries on own data and use external data sources for analysis to support decision making process  - Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels  - Tracking and optimization of key marketing interventions- excellent data analysis skills  Educational Qualification: Post Graduation degree in any discipline from premiere college  Experience Required: 10 - 14 years of professional experience  ESSENTIALS :   Technical Competencies :   - In-depth knowledge of Applicable Customer Acquisition and Retention Benchmarks within the Industry/ Platform (Website, Apps etc.)  - In-depth understanding of various parameters impacting Brand Health  - Advanced understanding of Consumer Retail Business and Retail/ Ecommerce Consumer Insights  - Advanced understanding of the Product Brand Philosophy and Brand Positioning (for product categories on Snapdeal)  - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power-point, Word etc.)  - Advanced knowledge of development process for advertising through TV, print and radio  - Advanced understanding of past performance of Marketing creatives on Snapdeal's website/ app  - Advanced understanding of various forms of Consumer interaction across channels/ medium of communication  - Advanced understanding of insights generated from key research studies such as profiling, heath-track etc.  - Advanced knowledge of Market Research tools/ techniques and methodologies   - Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Content Creation for relevant Product Categories (Electronics, Fashion, General Merchandise etc.)  - Basic understanding of Snapdeal's Business Model, Brand, Organization Structures, Product Categories, Competitive Advantages and Stakeholders involved  - Basic knowledge of Snapdeal specific defined policy guidelines and process KPIs/ Metrics/ Escalation Metrics/ SLAs within Marketing  - Basic knowledge of Financial Budgeting techniques and Media Plan Development  Foundational Competencies :   Innovate for Growth : Champions a culture of innovation.
