The role will be a part of the Brand Marketing team. The objective of the Brand Marketing team is to conceptualise and evolve the strategy and marketing mix for Brand Snapdeal.   - Given the rapid growth of the overall business in the last 2 years, and the aggressive plans for the coming year, this team will be critical to building and growing the Snapdeal brand.   Key Responsibilities:  The key responsibilities of the role include  - Assist Brand Manager in the development and implementation of Annual brand plans  - Independently drive On-ground activations and brand partnerships  - Analyze and synthesize customer data & provide actionable recommendations  - Responsible for monitoring the brand spending in accordance with allocated budgets and business performance  - Manage the Brand projects as well as day-to-day business activity for the brand.   - Developing consumer insights, Driving Communication and creative execution across all the touch points of the consumer  - Monitor key metrics to track Brand perception amongst the relevant TG   - Drive Consumer research and competitive analysis, to ensure the Brand remains relevant to consumers and measure the effectiveness of the initiatives that are being driven to support the Brand promise  - Lead the co-ordination and relationship with the agencies including Creative and BTL  - Interfacing between various business heads and product management teams to drive tactical promotional events and occasion linked events  Requirements:  - Must have excellent relationship building skills and drive partnerships with Brands and other partners  - Should be able to take a lot of initiative and drive innovative campaigns which can be very impactful  - Excellent analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to execute communication campaigns but also analyze the effectiveness of the same  - Ability to understand the business and marketing objectives of various activities  - Deep understanding of Consumer behaviour and Motivations  Qualification:  - MBA from a Tier I business school  - Atleast 1-3 years of Branding experience  Compensation:  - Competitive & will be based on experience
