Job title: Account Director - Media Solutions  Reporting to: Head - Media Solutions  Experience Range: 6+ years  Location: New Delhi  Purpose Of The Position:  - The Account Director would take care of Monetization from All Brands on Snapdeal.com from Delhi.   - The Role would involve working very closely with the Category teams, on boarding and get monies from them through ad-sales and other avenues  Responsibilities & Duties:  Responsibility 1:  - Build and scale a revenue pipeline with brands and media agencies working closely with the Category Teams. This will involve P/L responsibility with high accountability.  - Work standard: Hitting the quarterly sales target expected from the brands  Responsibility 2:  - To handle end to end management of the Brand Campaigns taking care of the Marketing and Sales deliveries across all Categories.   - Work standard: Should be able to own the campaign management, build a long term rapport with the brands and nurture it to grow the business manifolds.  Responsibility 3:  - Effectively monetize the brands from categories which are not listed on Snapdeal through innovative solutions  - Work standard; Closing more and more brands every month from all categories - within Snapdeal or otherwise.  Academic & Trades Qualifications:  Essential/Desirable: MBA	(Top Tier B School)  Skills Required:  - Minimum 4 year Ad Sales Experience and  - 6 years total experience	   - Digital Ad Sales Experience  - Proven Sales Record	  - Great understanding the e-commerce and Digital Landscape	  - Very Strong contact with Brands & Media Agencies	  - Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver across functions  Personal Qualities & Behavioural Traits:  Essential	/ Desirable:  - Very good communication and presentation skills	   - Willing to learn in a new environment  - Ambitious, Self Driven and Action oriented	   - Good with numbers  - Ability to work and deliver in a high pressure environment	   - Ability to try out innovative solutions and execute them well   - Very Good Analytical & Sales Strategy Skills	  - Ability to work well across teams and levels
