Role: Manager– Online marketing  Experience – 3-5yrs  Location: New Delhi  Key Responsibilities:  - Develop and drive the strategy and marketing mix for the Brand investments done within various channels of Online medium like Search engines (Google, Yahoo), Social (Facebook, Consumer forums, Blogs), Affiliates (Ad Networks, Affiliate program), Exclusive partnerships etc.  - Build the brand amongst the consumers of Online platform through various initiatives which can drive engagement and the Revenue targets  - Manage Budgets and optimization of the investments to drive the following   - Customer acquisition  - Induce trials  - Driving transactions  - Create Brand recall and re-enforcement amongst users  - Targeted Communication to the prospective customers  - Identify key partners within the Online space, to reach out to the target audience  - Monitor effectiveness of various partnerships, campaigns and optimize the same  - Explore new channels that are emerging in the Online marketing domain to reach out to the target audience   - Define key metrics for the performance of various channels and maximize the impact across verticals through analytics   Requirements:  - Should be able to take a lot of initiative and drive innovative campaigns which can be very impactful  - Excellent in analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to execute communication campaigns but also analyse the effectiveness of the same  - Ability to understand the business and marketing objectives of various activities  - Prior experience in Online marketing domain will be beneficial.   - People from analytic s companies preferred.  Qualification:  - MBA from a Tier I business school
