An ideal candidate would:  1. Be very detail oriented and would consider data quality as a very important factor in success of analytics function.  2. Learn new skills and tools quickly  3. Have an acumen to suggest quick turn-around.  4. Present data intelligently to enable faster problem identification, actionable and decision making.  5. Drive company-wide objectives and key metrics with more than 10 teams (that would require close interaction with more than 50 people on a weekly basis)  6. Be able to present Key numbers in the most efficient and positive manner.  7. Be efficient and relentless in fire-fighting till a solution is achieved.  8. Be able to plan new projects  Required Skills (compulsory):  Excel, SQL  Required Skills (Preferred):  VBA, SAS, R  Qualification:  B.Tech / Dual Degree from IITs / Top NITs / IIITs / BITS / DCE / NSIT would be preferred.
