We are looking out to recruit dynamic people for the branch to aid the business expansion plan in the country.  We are currently recruiting for Assistant Vice President - Legal & Compliance  Job Summary:  - This role includes research, implementing & managing the areas of banking regulations, laws, banking policies and procedures to ensure that the bank’s policies and procedures comply with the rules associated with mortgage lending, deposits and consumer lending.  Key Responsibilities:   - Review and updation of Local Compliance Manual for New Delhi Branch  - Dissemination and clarification on various H.O guidelines pertaining to compliance  - To analyze and interpret the regulations and advise the functional verticals on the actionable  - Preparation of compliance action plan  - Money laundering & risk assessment  - To set up compliance framework in new branches  - Keep track of regulatory changes/modifications in the country impacting the bank’s operations.  - Dissemination and clarification on all regulatory guidelines/notifications  - Issue Branch Circulars for all staff members of the bank highlighting the regulatory requirements  - Annual Compliance Risk assessment of the bank   - To provide training to staff on compliance, AML and legal issues  - Assist in developing internal controls testing and appropriate metrics for the bank regulatory compliance program  Job Specification:  Qualifications: Legal Graduates with relevant experience/post graduates (Legal preferred)  Working Experience: Corporate Banking Branch experience preferred  - Good working knowledge of MS Office preferred  - Good communication skills
