Job Profile :
The AVP - Inside Sales will be responsible for sales from new and existing HNI clients, many of whom are NRIs. The ideal candidate will have previously built an inside sales team from scratch. This candidate will drive our rapidly growing inside sales team and help it achieve larger scale.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead the inside sales team.
- Develop the company's inside sales strategy.
- Design and implement sales targets and identify improvements needed in sales processes.
- Develop incentive plans for the sales team.
- Ensure that company meets or exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in sales with excellent closing and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources
