Job Profile:

The AVP- Finance will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of company's financial planning, financing, and budget management functions. This includes ensuring compliance to generally accepted finance and accounting principles.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing organizational strategies and advising key members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.

- Overseeing the daily operations of the finance and accounting department

- Coordinating financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements

- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and government budgetary reporting requirements

- Reporting financial status by developing forecasts and reporting results

- Maintain continuous lines of communication, reporting to the senior management about all critical issues.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to create and analyze financial reports, statements and budget documents.

- Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all stakeholders.

- Proficient in supervising staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement.

- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA in Finance or a CA

- 6-12 years of experience in mid to senior level management position
