We are looking for Talent Acquisition Experts.

People play a critical role in the organizations' success hence a right talent acquisition strategy is most important. Our organization is growing exponentially and as a Recruiter you have a lot on your plate.

We have found that the right person for the job might sometimes not know this herself hence as a Talent Acquisition expert it will be your job to onboard the right talent by clearly identifying the right competencies.

To be a recruiter you will need passion, creativity and flexibility. In return, you'll get a lot of autonomy and the freedom to experiment.

The job would include :

- Evaluate, streamline, and optimize current hiring processes

- Identify and short list the right talent for all open job positions

- Analyze data to make informed decisions and improve recruiting efficacy

- Think creatively and bring an innovative framework to talent acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process

What we require:

- Expertise in recruitment esp. in sales hiring, preferably with some start-up experience.

- Great sourcing, selling and negotiation skills

- A creative approach to recruiting

- A drive to improve the overall talent acquisition function
