Job description:
General
1. The candidate will be responsible for Project/Program management in the area of Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology transformation for Global Financial Services Client.
2. Provide support to strategic multi-geography projects and programs, focusing on the delivery of core PMO activities in tracking and monitoring planning, reporting, governance, CRAID and financials
3. Status reporting, ensuring the consistent flow of accurate and up to date information through all layers of program governance
4. CRAID reporting, including Path to Green analysis and recommendations, and escalation through the portfolio
5. Support the maintenance of financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting
6. Management of program level CRs and Risk Escalations to Program STC & Portfolio Office
7. Support creation, maintenance and tracking of projects
8. Quality Assurance of program and project deliverables
9. Provide clear communications and reporting with the program leadership and all associated stakeholders
10. Act as the trusted advisor to the Program Manager, keeping them informed of key challenges across the program
11. Help in areas of practice and solution building
Leadership Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of PMO Analysts and providing support to multiple programs and projects, focusing on the delivery of core PMO activities in tracking and monitoring planning, reporting, governance, CRAID and financials
2. Facilitate and implement the adoption of improvements to standards, processes and tools including coaching and training
Networking & Marketing
- S/he will be expected to create and manage good independent relationships with clients
S/he will have to build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

- The candidate will be expected to be a strong contributor to knowledge sharing efforts within the team and the firm as a whole
