Manager  Vacancy: One  Qualification: Diploma/BE/MBA   Experience: 5+yrs.  Location: Aurangabad   Position Requirements:   - Engineer /PG (5-6 Years Exp.)/ Diploma/Graduate.(8-12 Years Exp)  Authorized to:  - Prepare/change QMS/EMS Operating procedures.   - Prepare/alter policies & procedures of Warehouse Management.   - Audit all Logistics areas.  Skills Required:  - Knowledge of Logistical processes.  - Plan and audit skills.  - Good Analytical skills.  Purpose of Position  - ISO Activities (EMS & QMS systems) of Logistics department  - To maintain VDA 6.3 Group audit standards in Logistics department   - Logistics department internal Audits, in order to adhere to standard processes.  Key Result Areas:  - Develops and maintains ISO 9000(QMS), ISO 14001(EMS) and VDA6.3 procedures/processes/documents of logistics department.  - Concludes and confirm procedures meet standard clause requirements of ISO.  - Plans, distribute and executes monthly/yearly internal audit plan of Logistics areas based on ISO 9000(QMS), ISO 14001(EMS) and VDA6.3.  - Plans and executes training requirements of Logistics operator's as per skills required for the concerned operating activities.  - Develops and executes Skill matrix of operators / staff as per VDA6.3 standards/norms.  - Manages methodically, identification of root causes and eliminates problems with corrective actions related to QMS/EMS/VDA6.3 requirements.  - Maintains processes such that there are no non-conformities during internal/ External QMS/EMS audits.   - Manages methodically and controls Logistics areas like following required safety requirements while handling material handling equipment, scrapping of rejected parts and Hazardous waste disposals.  - Performs training to operators on QMS, EMS, and Logistics operation, safety at works, Kai-zen and 5S.  - Analyses root cause of process audits and impart training to all concerned for attaining better results.  - Maintains proper KAI-ZEN data and reward for best Kai-zen achievers for further continuous improvements.  - Develops and monitors Quality objectives of Logistics department.  - Sets down methodical solutions to Quality related issues in Logistics due to handling, storing, transport and supply of parts /trolleys to production.
