Chief Sales Officer - Direct Sales
Role Description :
- To handle all direct sales of all the SkillSpeed training programs to IT majors, captives, and corporates
- Start with India, and them grow to Middle-East, SAARC, and APAC
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post sales relationship management
- To understand market requirements and trends to determine new training programs
- Creating detailed account maps
- Building and leading a team of sales people
- To manage a lead generation team
Key Outcomes :
- Owning the direct sales target for India, ME, and APAC
- New accounts opened, and new business generated
- Growth in existing accounts, new business from existing accounts
- Building and growing a team while being an individual contributor
- Building and executing account plans
Essential pre-requisites :
- Should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in direct sales in selling technology training programs, or, should have sold to products/services/platforms to the HR department in organizations
- Should be well connected in the industry and leverage contacts to drive business
- Should be able to show success in starting and growing business in previous roles/jobs.
- Strong in sales processes - account plans, GTM strategy, forecasting etc.
