Site Leader - Healthcare BPO

Our client is a Healthcare BPO with about 6000+ employees across domestic and international locations.

Role requires working in shifts

About the role :

- The incumbent will be responsible for heading the Site for Pune location for a base of 550-600 employees.

- Will be the site leader, responsible for Site activities, operations and performance

- Ensure smooth operations of the site and responsible for risk mitigation

- Responsible for driving customer and employee engagement scores

- Analyse performance metrices and drive strategy

- Lead internal cross-functional teams

Desired Profile :

- 12-20 years experience with at least 8-15 years in the BPO industry

- Must have led Site operations for a 500+ employee base

- Must have an ability to collaborate and work with different stakeholders

- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer centric environment
