Ivy People is on a search of good HR professional for our client - a large industrial group for their infrastructure business near Ratnagiri.  Our client has a large investment and also has large plan outlay for building a world class project.  Currently the site has around 1000 employees (on rolls and on contract), the employees live in a company colony all facilities provides including the school and the hospital etc.  The position is as follows :  Site head- HR, IR and Admin  Reports to ; Head Site and also Head HR at corporate office  Responsibilities :  End to End management of Human Resources Operations with the support of the team based at the site  Employee Engagement, Talent Development, PMS, Employee Counselling and Employee Issues Management  Provide complete support to the site head in reaching business objectives and also Corporate HR in meeting the HR objectives of the company  Manage and maintain smooth IR, employee relations, and employee compliances  Manage administration with the support of the team  The ideal person will be a   10-12 years of the experience in managing and leading HR in the factories, sites in Maharashtra and should have a good stints in the well managed companies  Should be proactive, people friendly, business focuses extrovert individual  Should be able to develop good working relations with people at the site, at corporate office and externally with the government bodies and local people  Should be fluent in Marathi, English and Hindi  The compensation offered is based in merit and as per market   People with lesser experience than 10 years and more than 15 years need not apply.
