The job description is as follows :  - 40 - 48 years age bracket.   - Good qualifications. Preferably service sector background and not manufacturing  - Exposure to all areas of HR for large services / people organisation (and from non security/FM/cash logistics businesses. Banking, E comm, IT experience preferred)  - Expertise in talent acquisition and rapid team scale up  - Past experience of leveraging IT for HR function. Tech savvy.   - Exposure to multi vertical / group companies HR operations  - Added experience in corporate communications and employee engagement programmes  - Exposure to HR role in M&A, post deal integration mainly  - Coach like approach. Interest in Training / MDP   - Strong people person and easy to get along with. Emotional maturity to handle different stakeholders diplomatically  - Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hindi and English  - Ability to travel extensively - we are present across most of the states of India and this role would extensive travel across various regions  - Ability to adapt quickly to a fast growing company and handle uncertainty  - Ability to participate in Group level strategy development  Please indicate your existing CTC in your profile or covering letter.
