As an early member of Team Simplotel, you will run the entire operations team.   Position - Senior Manager- Operations  Director of operations will be responsible for building and leading a team that will help onboard hotels on the Simplotel platform with high quality and efficiency. The leader will also ensure that post onboarding requests from customers are handled satisfactorily and in a timely manner.   Responsibilities:   - Build and lead the Simplotel Operations team that on-boards hotels on our platform.   - Define onboarding processes, SLAs and ensure compliance. Drive process improvements to improve productivity and overall throughput.   - Communicate status with customers and internal stakeholders.  - Establish quality check processes to ensure customer satisfaction.  - Work closely with engineering to get productivity improving features developed.  - Manage and prioritise customer support request and ensure resolution within defined time lines.  - Hire, engage, motivate and train a team of content writers and operations personnel.  - Distribute work amongst team members and monitor progress.  - Define and maintain operations metrics and other quantitative data to evaluate onboarding and customer request performance on regular basis.   Skills required  - 5-8 years of experience - majority of experience in running operations   - MBA from a Good Business school preferred.  - Strong Team Building & Management Skills  - Proficiency with MS Excel, Office and other analytical tools.  - Strong prioritization and project management skills   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to interact with customers and internal teams.  - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask  - Knowledge of content, websites and SEO is a plus
