Position Overview :  The Product Manager - Education is responsible for strategy, planning and execution of product which is Simplilearn's course ware. As a Product Manager, the person will be handling the P & L of a certain domain like Project Management, Big Data, Quality Management etc, and will be instrumental in bringing in new approaches to course ware development - in terms of quality and speed of development.  Reporting Structure - This role will report to the Head of content   Pre-Requisites :  - 7-8 years of presales, partner management or outsourced project management in e-learning domain.  - Strong understanding of e-learning industry and current trends.  - Strong process orientation with ability to identify gaps, define process and track performance  - Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.  - MBA from leading institute preferred but not mandatory  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Identify and strategize on way forward for the assigned domain for course ware better learning aids  - Plan the entire P & L for the domain to bring out maximum number of courses  - Manage budgets and ensure delivery of high quality work through partners within defined costs  - Identify innovative ways of developing and presenting course ware and learning aids  - Innovate on partnership models to increase business impact  - Manage internal and external stakeholders (Internal team coordination)
