We are looking for Associate Business Manager with experience level of 4-9 years for Simplilearn.   Job description:  - Develops sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability   - Meets assigned target for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned products   - Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel & vendors in assigned products/region   - Budgeting, rate negotiations and managing business expenses / revenue / P&L account completely   - Analyze all revenue potentials for the assigned products and drive the company towards profitability with the right product & processes   - Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings   - Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition   - Evaluate new product opportunities which fits the company's strategic goals & from an audience and technology perspective   - Proactively assess, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis   - Providing necessary training to the sales force regarding product presentation, institutional dealing and customer handling   - Work with marketing groups to implement campaigns   - Collaborate with various teams like Product, Marketing and Technology.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Very strong analytical and communication skills   - Proven sales experience and team handling skills (minimum 10 to 15 members)   - Result orientation, strong project management   - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint   - Experience in internet companies/training companies/services companies is preferred   - Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs   - Willing to challenge the status quo and achieve business results
