As a Senior Finance Professional,the candidate shall be held responsible for the following KRAs :

- Lead the finance team

- Standardize and implement policies, procedures and formats for general accounting

- Ensure adherence to policies and formats

- Ensure timely completion of monthly and annual closing of accounts (including statutory audit) and generate monthly MIS reports- (Cash flow and P&L)

- Ensure tax (direct and indirect) and secretarial compliance in a timely and accurate manner

- Ensuring timely payments against invoices

- Building controls systems and supporting internal audit

- Cash management and investment of surplus funds

- Assist in automation of various processes

Attributes Required :

- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5-9 years post qualification experience

- Well versed with accounting standards, direct and indirect taxes, compliance, etc.

- Good Team management skills, has managed teams

- Experience with any of the Big 4 followed by a corporate or a startup stint

- Who are enthusiastic about working in the Startup space- and are willing to work in a dynamic environment

- Who like autonomy, but remain focused on establishing strong processes
