Roles and Responsibilities: Performing search optimizing analytics, Data Crunching, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Regression analysis, Data Crunching.  Desired Candidate Profile:  - Candidates from premier institutes (IITs, NITs or BITS, Pilani) are only preferred.   - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.   - Strong knowledge of data mining techniques like time series forecasting, regression, classification and clustering techniques.   - Candidate should have been involved in anyone of Analytics:   a) Product Analytics   b) Marketing Analytics  c) Operation / Supply Chain Analytics  - Outstanding understanding of statistics and probabilistic methods.   - Experience of analytic environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data.   - Proficiency in one or more of the following tools, SAS, SQL, R, and SPSS.   - Experience with dashboard development, standard reporting, automation, performance management using reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or MS Excel VBA, Pentaho.   - Extensive experience in advanced statistics, data mining and algorithms   - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills, also should have proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint   - Well versed with techniques like linear and non-linear regression, Bayesian Analytics, Segmentation, Machine Learning (Artificial Neural Networks, Random forest, Gradient Boosting, SVM, MCMC), Decision trees, Hidden Marcov models, sentiment analysis etc.   Shuttl strives to achieve its aim of hassle free commute for every individual.
