You would get to work with smart and passionate people & build something of a lasting impact for the society.  Roles & Responsibilities :  Your biggest responsibility is to ensure a superlative customer experience every day. To do this, you would:  - Plan routes for your Shuttls by identifying customer transportation needs in the city   - Setup teams across business functions, ensuring focus on  - Maintaining supply of good quality buses in the city  - Ensuring city customer service index meets the set targets   - Implementing the training activities of on roll and off role staff   - Developing and executing customer acquisition and retention programs  - Owning the brand in the city and maintain its vibrancy through regular events and activities   - Conduct proper reviews and draw out monthly action plans to deliver on business growth as per annual plan   - Ensure statutory compliance. Remain up to date on local traffic laws  - Lead the P&L for an entire city  We are looking for candidates :  - Who are enthusiastic about working in the Startup space  - Who like autonomy and the freedom to explore and experiment, but remain focused on establishing strong processes   - Who are compassionate leaders, and deeply committed to winning in the market by building customer centric businesses.  - Good Analytical skills  - Experience with FMCG/Telecom/e-Commerce companies with Sales background is preferred   Education: Must be a Post graduate (MBA) from any Tier 1 institute.
