Job Description :

- Responsible for handling insurance operations and regulatory compliance

- Responsible for a New Business Operations activities

- Ensure all New Business Activities are done within the prescribed IRDA TAT and regulations.

- Handle Financial, Process and Compliance Risk of the Department

- Drive Process improvements on a continual basis

- Ensure that the operational queries from Branch staff/corporate agents/ sales force/ customers are addressed

- Ensuring high quality and process adherence

- Implement appropriate measures to mitigate operational risk
