Working in this team requires skills sets of planning and executing projects with strict timelines, clear and concise communications skills, strong team and leadership skills, interest/experience in process and systems design, client and vendor management and most important of all, a knack for getting things done.  Content Head  Location: Mumbai,India  Annual Compensation: INR 6,00,000/ to 10,00,000  Job Type: Full Time  Responsibilities:  - Manage the PnL of the content team.  - Manage a team of highly driven graphic designers, photographers and catalogue managers on day to day basis.  - Plan and Monitor progress of various content deliverable as per the project deployment timelines  - Work with the Sales team to understand new clients requirement.  - Work closely with the Engineering and the Design team to ensure that the content is tailored correctly to each product’s requirement.  - Work with the Shopsense content partners across India to create Shopsense compliant content for existing as well as new clients.  - Own, grow and curate organization learning in the specialized content creation process that we follow.  Requirements:  - Experience in similar industry or with relevant tools is preferred but not mandatory.  - Interest/Experience in catalogue management, studio management, ecommerce content creation, etc.  - Interest/Experience in operations in retail, retail technology or a start-up.  - Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to work in a dynamic start-up environment.  - Attention to details is a must.  - Excellent planning skills and an aspiration for flawless execution.  - Bachelors from a pedigreed business or IIT engineering school.  Visit our website for more details : www.shopsense.co  HR Team
