Associate Vice President- Product Marketing  Location: Mumbai  Experience: 3 - 5 years  About Shopsense  Shopsense is a two-year old VC-funded startup in the retail technology space working with renowned fashion and lifestyle brands such as Nike, Nautica, Decathlon, Satya Paul and Levi's to name a few. The company was founded by 3 IIT-Bombay graduates and has grown to a 30-member strong team.  Shopsense is launching a new B2C mobile shopping product and looking to hire young enthusiastic talent for an exciting journey ahead. The product launch is scheduled for August 2015 and therefore, you will be involved in building the product from scratch and the opportunities to grow and learn will be infinite  Product Marketing team:  The Product Marketing Team is part of the Marketing Team, whose role is to build a large audience and consumer pool for the product. This team is single handedly responsible for planning and executing outreach programs and initiatives to create one of the most popular consumer internet products in the country.  As an AVP, you are responsible for all aspects that lead to greater product adoption. You report directly to the founders and are part of the company's executive team.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Create, identify and understand consumer segments that are relevant for the product, towards whom marketing campaigns will be directed  - Develop campaigns, end-to-end, (digital, on-ground BTL and ATL) with a goal to increase visibility and adoption of the product  - Implement marketing campaigns across all channels with effective use of budget to generate maximum reach  - Track the performance of campaigns against metrics such as reach, click throughs and product adoption among others  - Optimize campaigns to boost performance and document learnings  - Perform consumer research to identify trends and discover and develop new and different ways of reaching consumers  - Build organization capability (team and knowledge) to create India's best and most effective customer acquisition programs  - Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, creative, national advertising, go-to-market and individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points  Requirements:  - A great understanding and a strong interest in the retail/eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends  - A great understanding of digital, BTL and ATL channels for consumer outreach and adoption  - Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills  - Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams  - A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset  - Curious about macro consumer trends and keeping an eye out for new outreach channels  - A penchant for being data driven and a stickler for analyzing and improving every activity  - 3-5 years work experience in consumer internet company or digital marketing agency in India  - A bachelor or master's degree from a Tier 1 college  Website : www.shopsense.co
